Secretary Jewell -
Please accept this as a formal reporting of the Illegal Take of 60 Red Wolves as afforded under the "Harm" (Take) provision of the Endangered Species Act. The email string previously sent below, shall serve to support the claim of 60 Counts of Illegal Take, a criminal act. Keeping in mind it is the Refuge Managers whom deliberately "Flooded" what they previously stated was ideal Red Wolf habitat. This adverse affect became an illegal "Take" under the "Harm" provision by degrading and adversely modifying habitat of the Red Wolf further "Significantly impairing essential behavioral patterns, including breeding, feeding, and sheltering (50 C.F.R. }{ 17.3).
I take this-reporting very seriously and understand the USFWS has expended in excess of $34,000,000.00 of taxpayers funds in its attempt to recover the Critically Endangered Red Wolf thus, the illegal take of 60 Red Wolves is likely the most significant and most unfortunate illegal 60 take(s) of any take in the history of the United States Endangered Species Act.
Secretary Jewell please confirm receipt of the previous electronic correspondence sent to your attention. In addition please confirm written receipt of this most important report of illegal take.
It's in the best interest of all parties that you ensure the SouthEast Region of Law Enforcement have NO involvement in this most significant investigation. I strongly suggest this given the continued effort by certain members of the SE LE to "Cover-Up" the "Confirmed" Illegally Gunshot Red Wolf which occurred September 2014, that happened to likely die from Heart-Worms". (FOIA X-Rays Below)
Everyone is very aware of who illegally shot this Red Wolf and I'd ask that you listen the below link and note the tone of your officers voice once he knew we were onto what had occurred in an effort by FWS-LE to cover-up what is a confirmed illegal take of a Red Wolf. The suspect seems to be a Retired Refuge Officer. It's understandable how unfortunate this is, but we are a nation of laws and the Service should not condone the erosion of credibility at any cost.
In a twist of irony, it is the officer in the below video that connected the dots and gave the last clue "Xxxx's" as to whom the Shooter was, stating as you will here "Do you know who shot the wolf? - do you have a name - was it "Simms" that shot the wolf"... Is that exactly who shot and even "Confessed" to shooting this wolf (Coyote hunting) until he was reminded of the federal coyote injunction that was in place? Then Mr. Xxxx'x rescinded his confession. It's noteworthy after taking the time to do just as the USFWS news release asked "Call with any information that may help lead to the arrest and conviction of the shooter" the Officer hung-up concluding our conversation. He then refused to return my 6 calls over a two week period, next I contacted the SE FWS media contact Mr. Tom Mackenzie to notify him that I was able to raise the Services $2,500.00 reward after soliciting a few very generous contributions from private landowners to what still stands as the largest single reward in the 30 year history of the Red Wolf program at $52,050.00.
Most interesting is the fact that Mr. MacKenzie refuses to issue a news release alerting the public of this record $52k reward, clearly pointing to a deliberate cover-up by LE & Media staff to protect the shooter.

I look forward to working with you and given the number of qualified inquiries I have sent to both you and Director Ashe and understanding the complications of the information that have been brought forward, I'd respectfully remind both you and Director Ashe of the "Oath" you accepted as a condition of your nomination from President Obama... This as you "Serve" us "The People".
It is those very people who in part, create successful public / private partnerships that are essential to conserving our Wild-Lands-and-Life.
