Rubik's is suing theCubicle.us for selling 3x3s. They started doing this when they got European Union trademark protection. The lawsuit says that people will be disappointed when they receive a cube from thecubicle even though they are off much higher quality than the regular Rubik's brand cubes. Rubik's is trying to monopolize the cubing community. This means that people will either have to order the cubes from the companies making them in Asia or buy overpriced, bad cubes from Rubik's. Thecubicle.us is one of the biggest cube stores in America. If Rubik's wins the case against thecubicle then they can for sure win against other companies. Rubik's is trying to take all their profit and destroy all the cubes they are selling. This needs to be stopped.
