Change Law To Try Juveniles As Adults When Guilty of Mass School Shooting
The Issue
A 13 year old boy took two guns into a Noblesville, Indiana middle school where he shot a female student 7 times and a teacher 3 times. Since the victims did not die, the law states that he cannot be tried as an adult.
The young lady is recovering but listed as being in the hospital indefinitely. When a child chooses to break the law in a case of attempted premeditated murder, that child should be tried as an adult.
