Because this is a state conviction, only IN Governor Eric Holcomb can grant clemency.

Governor Holcomb’s last day in office is January 12, 2025, so time is very short. As you can imagine, this is not an easy decision - two families were devastated by these murders and we have to hold space for the tragedy they have experienced. At the same time, we need the Governor to know that there is substantial support for Clemency for Kofi.

So, I am asking you to watch this 5 minute video clemency recommendation which is an excerpt of the full video that was included in my brother’s formal clemency application.

1. Call or email the Governor’s office and ask him to:
1️⃣ Review Kofi’s clemency application
2️⃣ Accept a meeting with Orvan Mabie Jr., the foreman of the jury who is leading the call for clemency 
3️⃣ Grant clemency to Kofi!
