These words, spoken by the prosecuting attorney, to the people of the jury for my brother’s case, are seared into my Mother’s memory.  The prosecutor told them “Don’t concern yourself with the truth.  Only with the elements of the law.”  Can justice be served without being concerned about the truth?  The truth is that my brother didn’t kill anyone.  We would love your support in asking the Governor to grant him clemency.
