Last night, the new KCET series "Lost L.A." featured a touching story about Gordon Pattison, whose family owned the last two mansions in the lost Victorian neighborhood of Bunker Hill. During the filming, Gordon got a chance to climb aboard his beloved Angels Flight on one of its regularly scheduled maintenance runs. The non-profit board continues its fundraising to cover ongoing insurance and upkeep costs, and is working with engineers on a design for a track-side walkway as required by the state regulators.
