[ENG below] У сераду 8 верасня Ратуша Лос Анджэлеса была бел-чырвона-белай на знак салідарнасці з Беларуссю і беларускімі палітвязнямі. Мы выбралі менаіта гэтую дату, бо год таму Марыю Калеснікаву скралі з вуліцы людзі ў цывільным і паспрабавалі вывезці яе за мяжу, а у гэты панядзелак, 6 верасня, ёй і Максіму Знаку прысудзілі 11 і 10 гадоў калоніі адпаведна па цалкам надуманых абвінавачаннях. Мы дзякуем мэру Гарсэці і ўсім, хто спрычыніўся да гэтага. Жыве Беларусь! Глядзіце сюжэт украінскага тэлеканалу 1+1 пра гэту падзею. 

Last night, September 8, the City of Los Angeles illuminated the City Hall in white, red, and white in solidarity with Belarus and its political prisoners. We chose this night because on this day last year, plainclothed agents abducted Maryia Kalesnikava and attempted to deport her to Ukraine. She stayed true to herself and tore her passport up at the border. Kalesnikava and the Tsikhanouskaya campaign lawyer Maksim Znak were sentenced Monday, September 6, to 11 and 10 years in prison, respectively, on bogus charges. We demand their immediate and unconditional release and are grateful for this gesture of solidarity. We thank Mayor Garcetti, the LA City Council, and every signatory of this petition.
