ALL TAXIS should be able to take a BLIND person and his or her guide dog home.

Sorry for the delay on this latest petition, HERE is another news about this taxi who can't take a BLIND PERSON and guide dog.

How dose everyone feel?

My thoughts I believe the person who is blind feels Neglected, and was wondering how on earth was he going to get home??  Did the taxi driver had a medical letter from his doctor?
