Serious failings

Update to all who have followed. 

Still yet is a navigation of a system that is failed for those abused by a senior person in the NHS. That abuser can be an individual, a system or both. In my case it is both. A fight for change must come  those who hold power must also hold accountability. After 5 months the Public Health Service Ombudsman had now assigned an officer to investigate. A slow system with little resources often cannot hold accountability. 

The person in this case alleged to have abused is still allowed to see patients. Not sure I would want to be seen, treated and cared for by a person accused and alleged of rape, and serious doemstic abuse. 

A change must come to protect not only those working in the NHS but the patients who come through its doors.
