On Wednesday November 14, 2024 Instacart purged over 75000 shoppers for their platform sending out these generic emails claiming some random violation of the shopper agreement.  The real story is that there was a data breach earlier this year and people's accounts were being sold on the internet.  Instacart purged these accounts so as not to be liable for any legal action against them. Know this if you got deactivated they have also blocked you from being able to sign back up and it will show you have multiple accounts. This was an intentional move by them to keep their exposure to what could be a violation of their own co that with shoppers.
