There's a drop box right outside the office door for all complaints to go into as this month's newsletter states that any and all complaints will be forwarded to the corporate office.

The pool and hot tub are not shut down and cleaned every Monday. They do nothing of the sort. People get rashes and illnesses coming out of that pool and hot tub.

With growth of trees growing into people's homes and dead tree limbs and broken water pipes outside, the park does nothing to fix any of it.

This has been going on for years and needs to be addressed.

Without the help of the community, nothing will get done.

I advise everyone to get those complaints in, the more complaints the better.

Still awaiting yet another response from BBB, BOLI, Fair Housing....strong communication and I will not quit.
