After speaking with some folks that are just outside of the park and paying HOA’s…the petition going around does include them as well. The owner for the HOA part of it is profiteering off of this. People do not know what they even pay for because honestly the HOA is not upholding their end at all. And yes you can get out of it and yes it is a process. But people need to come forward and stand up for what they want so that owners are held accountable. I have a letter I wrote based on my last 3+ years of issues. I advise others to create the same whether inside the park or outside just paying HOA’s.
