One Deaf viewer said captions were missing or not accurate: “Captioning was bad…..only 10 commercials were captioned during 1st half. Yes, I counted! 2nd half commercials were captioned.”  A real time transcriptionist may be needed to ensure captions are 100 percent accurate. All the commercials must be captioned. The viewer added there should be one screen and not two separate screens.
