Dear EPF members, First of all, in the light of reaching more than 1 lakh supporters, I would like to thank everyone for the effort in spreading the news and gathering wider support. Few of our supporters have asked on what's the action plan to take this forward and here is what I have in mind. Suggestions are always welcome. 1) Spread the word and hope it reaches the relevant stake holders who can bring or work towards bringing the change we are looking for. 2) Reach out to the relevant stake holders e.g. trade unions, media, opposition parties etc directly and create some pressure through them to bring the change. 3) Knock the court doors. Hope we do not need to do this. Also, I think we can't directly jump to this step because the court might ask what all other options we have explored before requesting legal relief and also more importantly, even though the withdrawal limits are not in our favor, we need to prove that the new rules are against the true spirit of EPF scheme.
