We should add a caveat to this video that in addition to the code being altered we would also need approval from the e caf which could be a very large, time consuming obstacle. Unfortunately this caveat could also lead to a dead end owing to the (likely) arbitrator's changing role. None-the-less this is a huge step for us in the right direction.
