Urge Governor Holcomb to veto the anti-wetlands bill, SEA 389

SB 389 has become SEA 389 (Senate Enrolled Act) and will become law, if the Governor signs it.

SEA 389 will leave most wetlands in jeopardy. It eliminates protection for Class I wetlands and significantly reduces protection for Class II.

Class I includes over 50% of the remaining state-protected wetlands, and Class II includes about 40%.
