The key difference however is that support rallied for the doctors in the first article and little support was rallied for the Nurse, Izzy Amaro, in the second.

Why is there less support for nurses and midwives from both their peers and the public?

Are we perceived as dispensable?

Are doctors still held in higher regard?

Is it all about money...?

This affects all HCP's and not just one group that has a larger voice
