We were very grateful to John Rubeinstein who has written us a summary of his viewpoint on the way the NMC legal teams are conducting themselves.

He has been heavily involved in reviewing a number of cases to date and it is always good to get an external opinion as we all can become so caught up with the emotion of the subject
