Concerns were raised a year before whistleblowers did do officially

Intimidation and bullying seems a common theme and response when health practitioners raise concerns at work

The result often ends up with that individual out through investigation themselves and sometimes a referral to their regulator as reward.

The NMC ask a referrer if the registrant in question has whistle blown or raised concerns prior to referral but they do not routinely ask the nurse or midwife.

this needs to change
