Play fair

Time and time again the courts highlight the games that are played by the NMC and warn them to improve their practices and yet those practices continue until another registrant is prepared to take them to the High Court. There seems no join up between all the cases - no one authority reviewing them as a whole and determining the common themes and what STILL isn' t changing.

El Karout, Johnson & Maggs, Lusinga, McDaid, Suddock, Thorneycroft and Watters have all gone to the High court for intervention and have all succeeded in getting positive judgements and observations from the judges and yet still we hear of same themes occurring in current cases.
