Union representation - does it work in Fitness to Practice

We asked the members of NMCWatch about their union representation and how it worked for them - good, bad or indifferent.

86% had union representation during their investigation

65% of these were represented by the RCN, 25% by unison and 10% by an "other"

50% felt that the time they had with their legal rep prior to their hearing was not long enough
