The more we read about this case the more questions arise:

- How could the jury convict Izzy when she did not give evidence at her own trial?

- Why did NHS England not act on the report showing wide spread failings, backed by the CCG?

- How can you be convicted of manslaughter by gross negligence when you did not look after the patient in the final few hours of life?

- It was recognised by the court judge that Izzy had "psychiatric issues" - why was she given no care or safeguarding?

- Why was the jury at the criminal cases against Hadiza and Izzy not given Leicester Royal Infirmary's SUI into the death of the patient which would have shown them the wider picture and numerous failings on trust ?
