Another sad case of nurses raising concerned and not being listened to. You would think that our regulator would trust its registrants when they raise concerns after all it is in our Code of Professional Conduct. However instead of rewarding registrants for doing so they seem to prefer to beat them with the Code instead. This article shows that the culture of the NMC has been as such for a very long time - if so can it really change? Make your public voice known and sign the petition and encourage others to do so too.
