We have debated this for a while and taken our time to come up with a good way of doing this. We are now ready to try to fundraise to be able to provide those registrants who can 't afford their own legal support or who aren't represented by unions to still have a fair chance. The Probono society tells us that figures show registrants who aren't represented have a higher chance of strike off and heavier sanctions - not due to the evidence presented but due to the confidence of who is presenting it.
