To promote school safety and safe learning, I am developing an instant reporting app with the help of change.org.

Request you to please help me with this survey to better design my app. The survey is to asses the current state of safety awareness and reporting mechanism in schools.

Through this survey, I am only collecting the name and location of the schools and related information and feedback about safety. Any parent, grandparent or guardian can take part in this survey. I am not collecting the details of the guardians. So please help me to better asses the current situation of safety in schools of India and the trust and transparency between schools and parents.

I am sure it will help to better design my solution.
