I simply cannot be there as a customer on Saturday right now

So as you all know a couple of weeks ago I was the only bin store employee who literally got told to basically if I get to the store at 6AM I must sit in my car and wait until the line gets longer and be last in line which is not fair especially since in December they allowed one of their other employees a key holder who since then let our bin store to be in line and play line games. For now I for about a month now haven’t went to the store at 6AM and waited in line and I’m working on trying to get rehired by my former employer or finding a new job in retail on the side. Once I get rehired or hired somewhere else I do plan on giving them a two weeks notice and to shop there less. I’m am taking some training courses online so that way I can hopefully get hired easier as it’s very hard to get hired anywhere. So far I’ve finished four courses and working on my fith one. The point I’m saying is that all employees should be told the same rules and should fallow the same rules and no singling out one employee and to what give them a completely different rule to fallow and the other employees don’t have to obey this made up rule. Also this makes that employee want to leave and they also loose a customer by making that employee feel unwelcome there . Believe me I do like the bin store that I am at but I have to think about my mental well being as I do have a learning disability even though I have been a supervisor and such in retail. If by me trying to go crawling back to my former employer for employment is what would give me the right pay, 25 to 40 hours a week and at $16 or $14 an hour is what’s best for me then I will shallow my pride and up sell and go back. It’s also not good for my mental health if I feel like I’m having an anxiety attack whenever corporate is around. I’m also saying that going back to a former employer may not be the best idea but I know the managers there and get along with them well and I know that they won’t give me made up rule only meant towards me. But right now my former employer hasn’t really been hiring for about a year now. Somethings that keeps me working there is I try to think positively and I try telling myself that I will be in management at a retail establishment one of these days and I can be that great manager that I didn’t have. Yes once I do get a new job and give them my two weeks notice it would null in void the rule set only towards me and then I’d be able to be first in line.
