Nepal Academy of Medical Sciences ( NAMS) is the biggest post graduate medical institution of Nepal. NAMS conducts its post graduate entrance examination every year with over 3000 medical graduates. 

But despite being the dream institution of over 3000 medical graduates who appear in exam every year, over 92% of its candidates are deceived by the recently formed seat allocation system of NAMS. Over 92% of its candidates will not get any seat even by scoring 90% while 8% of it may grab the speciality of their choice just by scoring 50%. 92% indicate Non Government Doctors and 8% are the government candidates. 

NAMS collects around 8 million rupees from Non Government Doctors as the Entrance Examination Fee every year. 

Non government doctors constitute 92% of doctors of Nepal and are the important aspect of healthcare of nation. Despite knowing the fact, NAMS has allocated 100% of its seats for 8% of doctors who can persue PG just by scoring 50%.  

This is a big injustice and a misfortune for 92% of candiates who form a important aspect of healthcare of Nepal.
