Many lives have been lost because of the river, it is not safe and we all have pulled together before to try and get the council to put up barriers to stop deaths happening in the future. 

But unfortunely another had to die because of poor judgement, this petition is only because I want this to end, I want barriers up and no more people dying. My friend died in the river Avon and it should've been dealt with straight away, that was 2 years ago and still NO BARRIERS
