I am thrilled to announce that in just two days, we have grown from 20 supporters to 50 supporters! Thank you all for joining me in this important cause to demand fair compensation, entitlements, training and qualifications, recognition, and respect for the essential work done by Care and Support Workers in the UK.

As promised, I have taken further action and emailed BBC News and Channel 4 News and Unison's Regional office to ask for their support in promoting this petition. I am confident that with your continued support and efforts, we can reach even more people and apply greater pressure on the UK government to take immediate action.

Care and Support Workers play a vital role in society by providing essential health and social care services to the most vulnerable members of our community. Yet they are underpaid, undervalued, and not given fair compensation for the critical work they do. This situation is unsustainable and is resulting in severe consequences for those who rely on Care and Support Workers.

I urge you to continue sharing and posting this petition to help us reach even more supporters. Together, we can demand that the UK government establish a comprehensive Standard Employment Contract for Care and Support Workers, establish a National Care Service for Social Care, establish a National Care Body, and implement Professional Registration as standard throughout the social care sector.

Thank you again for your support and commitment to this important cause.

Best regards,

Ali Asaf Hussain
