The petition has surpassed 17000 by far! Incredible! Now change.org has automatically raised the goal to 25000 because the petition runs still til May 31st. I would have never dared to enter a number that high! But change.org has cut down on the options of administrating your own petition, so I have no more influence on that. Will you follow us up to this new unbelievable height of 25.000? My special thanks to our wonderful campaigner Glenna Rich! At present there are still negotiations going on between our local partner RescátaMe in Punta Cana and the hotels: The outcome of these negotiations will decide if we will run the petition longer than May 31st or not.
