I am posting the Town of Islip noise ordinance. So its there for the record that there is one in place but Not being enforce.
The noise complaint procedure requires two residents who would then go to court for one resident who is causing the disturbance. However in this situation the amount of people who are causing a disturbance exceeds far past 20.
