Good Morning,

We continue to be in talks with our commissioners to strictly adhere to our RC zoning ordinances on the future Prowell Athletic Sports Complex. Unfortunately, we believe their desire to build this park has invited more unnecessary growth on Fischer and Minix Rd. The athletic park alone could have up to 25 athletic fields and now Trinity plans on asking for a conditional use permit to build not just a high school campus, but their own athletic fields which includes as massive football stadium with a capacity of 3,000 (possible 4,500). In addition to a high school campus many other buildings are planned from an agricultural center, performing arts center, and even an international student campus. Our rural communities will forever be changed if our commissioners approve this project. The Prowell Athletic Sports Complex and Trinity Campus will be adjacent to each other occupying the entire intersection of Fischer and Minix. The very nature of school and sports dismissal/and arrivals will cause many traffic jams as well as light and noise pollution.
