Finally, per my word... I officially filed a 101 page lawsuit on 11-3-25, case# 2CCV-25-0003721 (after clicking on the lawsuit link enter the eCourt Kokua link to find this case# ). The TRO that accompanied my complaint (which made a motion to immediately stop all HRP meetings/operations until a court hearing) was denied. However, a Summons for a hearing on my case has been set for December 22, at 9am at the Maui County Courtroom #3. Please join me for your support (if you can). Also, please pray that the Oahu process servers are successful in serving the paperwork to the defendants.
