Hi, a little update this is me in my University halls at Queen Margaret University. This is third year new halls new experience with another set of 5 girls. Over the summer you get allocated with new students, over the summer who will they be and finally you get added to the group chat. I used to struggle when had Chronic Fatigue now I am anxious if I will remember everything in class. I will spent days on my own eating food watching TV in my Pjamas depressed, guilty and anxious. Parties and walking into a group of new people is great. 4th year I am changing my Psychology module either Community engagement or Orgins and structure not sure yet on the decisions. Anxiety is a learned experience through environment or past or genetics. After a long term chronic Illness you would expect some problems and mental health to persist. See how exhausted I am in this photo I don't sleep a week before Uni very stressed the first week and when I have assignments I procrastinate for 4 to 5 days at a time as I can't get on with it because of anxiety, flatmates and distractions and a foggy brain.
