Heartbreak and Shock

I was told tonight that the plea agreement we were told was going to happen, never went through and was never signed because the prosecutor entered the offender in for pre trial diversion. I found this out NOT from the court, advocate, or prosecutor but months and months later from an outside advocate. We are still fighting, not to right our wrong but for all the others so they have the potential to be treated better than we were.
