BC Recycle Tax - Solution to a problem that doesn't exist

I checked the stats. Near 80% of the milk jugs are returned for recycling in BC. The last 20% is likely a problem with commercial or institutional users. ie: Coffee shops, restaurants, hospitals etc.  So no need to tax the 80% of people that ALREADY recycle responsibly at their curb-side.
