Victory on plastics? Not quite yet.

On top of the petition, the step forward towards less single use plastic bags - but not the end... and bottles, cans, all kinds of waste still filling the road sides. So, unfortunately we still cannot close this petition, just address it to the next Minister responsible for Ecology.
