I have just started another petition to some of the major cinema chains we have in Australia to bring back ushers, who were people that were prominent in cinemas decades ago that had the job of stopping inappropriate behaviour in movie theatres. Bringing back ushers will help stop people here in Australia clapping and cheering or shouting out stuff for fun during a movie, which is something that has been acceptable in the United States for many years, but thanks to the strong American influences we're having on our country these days, some Australians are now clapping and cheering in cinemas as well, so hopefully this new petition will help stop that, so we can all have an enjoyable movie theatre experience again with barely any disruptions.
