Whoops! I am so sorry! I am sorry because looking back at the previous version of my petition, it wasn’t really that well written, I admit. It was very long, it wasn’t clear and concise, and was even a little cringeworthy at some points. It did not get the message across very well.

Unfortunately, none of us are perfect and mistakes do happen, and in this case, I made quite a few. I am also not the best writer out there, but I am trying my best.

Now that I have just looked back at my petition, I have decided to re-write it. It is now much shorter while at the same time, I tried to make it as clear and concise as possible. This shorter version is the one you're looking at now on the main page. I hope that my newly-written petition will be much better at getting the message — concerning American influence on Australia — across.

To everyone who still signed this while my petition was ridiculously long (like an essay), I’d like to say thank you so much. Thank you for still understanding the message I was trying to get across even while it was written a bit poorly.
