Dear Supporters
There is only one week left to sign my petition to the New South Wales Parliament. One week in which to add voices to the call for an end to tormenting animals, including baby animals, for "entertainment".
The NSW Minister, the Hon. Tara Moriarty MLC, has agreed to meet me and a colleague to discuss the future of rodeos in this state. A date is yet to be set for this meeting, but the more signatures we can gather before then, the stronger our case will be.
This is an important opportunity to speak up for animals that are routinely subject to electric prods, spurs, tight flank straps and fear-provoking treatment in order to make them "perform".
