Hello everyone.
I found out how they were using the court in an attempt to defraud our father's estate.
- Your family's Last Will & Testament will be filed either in COMMON FORM PROBATE or SOLEMN FORM PROBATE.
- COMMON FORM PROBATE is the most common and standard as the Will proves what was bequeathed to you.
- SOLEMN FORM PROBATE is basically a form of CONTESTING the Will.
- HOWEVER, you must FILE a PETITION TO FILE IN SOLEMN FORM PROBATE with the court.
- HERE is where they were defrauding our estate.
- SO our father's will was filed in COMMON FORM PROBATE.
- The woman (BLACK WIDOW) who was married to my father was upset that my father took care of us more than her,
- SO the woman upon my father's death bed, neglected and ignored my father until his death,
- She then hired an attorney to represent her interest only as she was both an executor and beneficiary in my father's will,
- SO, the woman who was married to my father and the attorney she hired both employed a scheme to defraud the estate by,
- a FALSE PRETENSE that we are involved in litigation which FALSELY IMPLIES that our father's will is being contested,
- HOWEVER, there was no PETITION TO FILE IN SOLEMN FORM filed in our probate as it was filed in COMMON FORM.
- SO, Lisa Koon, Jean Warren, Chancery Court Judge Stephen T. Bailey, Chancery Court Clerk David Pounds were the foundation in,
- acting out our COMMON FORM PROBATE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES of it being a solemn form probate.
- Click here for the link to both DOCKET A and DOCKET B. See how they concealed what they were filing for over two years in DOCKET A. Then in DOCKET B they exposed themselves when it was found out they were ALTERING DOCKETS under FEDERAL AND STATE LAW. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1fhMQv4sDd92sv6wmWXJNSn9Wwg-_bovn?usp=drive_link
On March 14, 2022, attorney Lisa Koon filed the Last Will & Testament of Will Warren Jr in COMMON FORM PROBATE in the public records of the Prentiss County Chancery Court --
(1) AOC Cover Sheet,
(2) Petition for Probate of Will & Letters of
Testamentary, and

See Kelly v. Cuevas (In re Est. of Kelly), 951 So.2d 543, 548 (Miss. 2007) ("In a common form probate proceeding, a proponent makes a prima facie case by simply producing the will and affidavits from the two attesting witnesses verifying that the will was duly executed and the decendent had testamentary capacity").
HOWEVER, in a SCHEME to DEFRAUD the Estate of Will Warren Jr, (4) Prentiss County Chancery Court Judge Stephen T. Bailey (through abuse of process), (5) Prentiss County Chancery Court Clerk David Pounds (altering the court docket & filing FALSE SUMMONS (FORGERY)), and (6) attorney Lisa Koon (filing forged documents containing false statements) all conspired to defraud the Estate of Will Warren Jr. THUS, Lisa Koon --

Miss. Code § 97-19-39(2), Lisa Koon willfully and
recklessly filed solemn form probate documents inside a

times during the COMMON FORM PROBATE proceeding
she (Lisa Koon) was knowingly filing solemn form
documents in order to act out (administer) the COMMON
FORM PROBATE proceedings of the Last Will &
Testament of Will Warren Jr under the false
representation that it was a solemn form
probate proceeding.
c) As previously mentioned, the three aforementioned
conspirators moved forward together to use the court
to act out our common form probate proceeding under
the false pretense it was a solemn form probate,
d) concealing the false pretense from heirs Sergio Warren
and Delemas C. Warren, the aforementioned conspirators
