Hello everyone,

Newest update regarding the "forged" instrument they are calling a LW&T of Jean Warren is a fraudulent instrument that is forged and created with the intent to pass as a valid will. 

One, of the false statements in the will is that Jean Warren was residing in Prentiss County Mississippi. On the contrary, Jean Warren was actually living in Lee County Mississippi and had been living there immediately following the death of my father. ESSENTIALLY, Jean Warren had been living with her sister since February of 2022.

ACCORDINGLY, Jean Warren was not residing in Prentiss County Mississippi for the Prentiss County Chancery Court to have venue of the forged and fraudulent document. 

Here is a filing I filed in the Prentiss County Chancery Court addressing the matter, however, Chancery Judge Stephen T. Bailey never planned on providing due process of law.
