In the matter of James Kenton of Mount Juliet, TN. 

                  ORDER RELEASING ENCUMBRANCE OF SEIZURE WARRANT

This matter came to be heard on November 23, 2020, before the Honorable Brody Kane, Criminal Court Judge for the fifteenth District of Tennessee, which includes Wilson County, Tenessee, on petition of JKLT, LLC. The petition sought to release any lien lis pendens filed by or on the behalf of the State of Tennessee on October 9, 2020 and pertaining the real property described below. 

Upon investigation, the State of Tennessee acknowledged that no civil action as required by statue had been filed within the thirty-day statutory period since October 9, 2020 , and therefore agreed to release any such Lien Lis Pendens filed. As such, the criminal court found that the petition was well-taken and was therefore GRANTED.
