We’re reaching out with an urgent update. As you know, the American Real Estate Association has been actively advocating for the repeal of the National Association of Realtors' (NAR) Clear Cooperation Policy, which has placed unnecessary restrictions on our ability to serve clients.

Many real estate professionals and homeowners have expressed how this policy has negatively impacted them, from fines to compromised client relationships. If you have been fined or otherwise harmed by the Clear Cooperation Policy, you may be eligible to join a class action lawsuit against NAR.

In response to growing requests from agents, we are currently collecting names of agents and homeowners who have been affected by this policy. If this applies to you or someone you know, please complete our form here.
