Faculty members have resumed their teaching activities, support staff have returned to work, and Capilano University along with the MoveUp union have ratified an agreement under British Columbia's Shared Recovery Mandate! Now that the strike is over and the issues in question between Capilano University and the MoveUp union have been resolved, students, faculty, and employees at the university can now resume their learning, teaching, and support activities in confidence! This petition is now declared to be RESOLVED.
