Dear End medical kidnapping in Ontario supporters,

Thanks to all of you, we are incredible 766 signatures into our Petition in support of mandatory second opinions in alleged child abuse accusation cases - cases where SICK children get wrongfully diagnosed as victims of abuse before they are provided with second opinions and extensive testing to rule out medical conditions that mimic child abuse presentation (such as EDS, Osteogenesis Imperfecta or infantile rickets).

If you haven't yet, please watch CTV W5's documentary on medical kidnappings in Ontario called Dubious Diagnosis (available on YouTube and CTV website) to see stories of two medically kidnapped children and their families in Hamilton and Waterloo to understand the full effect of such wrongful accusations on an innocent family - apprehension of the sick child, refusal of second medical opinions, postponed treatment of the misdiagnosed child,  harassment by Children's Aid services, staggering legal bills, possible criminal charges, loving families torn apart for months to years.

This Petition will be brought to the attention of MPP Catherine Fife in September and will be on its way to the Ontario Parliament.
