Thanks to everyone who signed, shared, and spoke up.
Because of our collective pushback, McKesson has pulled back—existing owners won’t be forced to switch to Propel Rx.
That’s a win.
But let’s be clear: new stores and resales will still be required to use Propel.
So if you’re thinking of selling, or expanding, you're still locked into a system you didn’t choose and can’t configure—yet remain fully liable for under pharmacy laws.
We’ve also raised this issue with the College of Pharmacists of BC, and we’re waiting on a response to the questions we submitted.
This isn’t just about software. It’s about autonomy, valuation, and what it means to be an “Independent Pharmacist.”
We’ve shifted the conversation, but the work continues.
We keep going.
