No Kid Hungry developed this system with the USDA." https://www.nokidhungry.org/ I believe this program applies to school-aged students in grades K - 12, someone asked me if it applied to pre-K children and I honestly don't know, I couldn't see them turning a child away but who knows, it couldn't hurt to try.
