💧 Our Baptism Journey – A Step of Faith & Family 💧

For years, Cassie and I have prayed for the chance to be baptized in a river, just like Jesus was. We’ve been watching a beautiful woman on TikTok who leads these baptisms, hoping she’d come to St. Louis so we could finally take that step. But she never made it here. Instead, God opened a different door: she will be in Louisiana.

So, this is our moment. ✨

Eli, Cassie, and I are going — not just for the baptism we’ve dreamed of for so long, but also to finally see Craig for the first time since July 2022. That’s over three years without being able to hold him, without the kids being able to hug their dad. If all the paperwork clears, this trip will bring both a spiritual rebirth and a long-awaited family reunion.

And there’s more — while in Louisiana, we’ll also meet friends who have become family to us through this season of trial and faith. It feels like all the pieces are finally coming together. 🙏

As God promises: “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.” — Isaiah 43:2 🌊
