Buy some Christmas cards (support your favourite charity or animal welfare organisation while you’re at it).
Add a 65‑cent Christmas stamp to each envelope (available at Post Offices)
Write your own heartfelt message, or choose one of these:
“Sending best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Kinder New Year for all. Let’s make 2026 the year Australia ends the cruel live animal export trade, and all farmed animals enjoy lives worth living.”
“Spread the joy this Festive Season by advocating for an end to live export and ensuring a more compassionate future for all animals.”
“Celebrate the joy of the holiday season by embracing compassion and advocating for the end of live export, ensuring a brighter future for all creatures.”
For politicians already campaigning to end live exports: “Best Wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Kinder New Year for all beings. Thank you for all you are doing to improve animal welfare and end the cruel live animal export trade.”
